Assessment & Intervention

Students enrolled in this course will be provided with instruction to develop the knowledge and skills needed to assess the readiness of the alcoholic and family members to enter treatment.Instruction for skill development will be given in the process of recruiting and development of an intervention team and in conducting interventions in communities. Students will be given time to practice their skill development using role-play exercises.
