This course focuses on the importance of proactive communication skills in order to achieve desired results through self-examination, becoming familiar with various types of personality temperaments, interpersonal skills, and examining working relationships. In addition, the roles and responsibilities of Board of Directors and its impact on the communication process of an organization are explored.
