Nechi Programs
Here you can find a listing of the educational programs at Nechi. In addition to the core programs for addictions counselors, Nechi runs program management and health-themed specialty courses that are designed to appeal to a broader audience.
Nechi Programs
The following programs and their associated courses are conducted solely by Nechi Institute:
- Community Addictions Training (CAT)
- Advanced Counsellor Training (ACT)
- Program Management (PM)
- Training of Trainers (TOT)
Under each program heading are listed individual courses that make up the program. Although Keyano College does not directly administer the courses in this section, the course credits are transferable and where appropriate, we have included the transfer codes and properties for the convenience of Keyano students. Each program is described in detail on a separate page complete with course list.
Nechi / Keyano Programs
The following programs and their associated courses are offered jointly by Nechi Institute and Keyano College:
- Community Wellness Certificate (CWW)
- Aboriginal Addictions Services Certificate (AASC)
- Aboriginal Addictions Services Diploma (AASD)
Enrollment in Nechi / Keyano College programs requires acceptance by both Nechi Institute and Keyano College. More information is available on the Nechi/Keyano application page.
